By accessing and using the Ainaa Beauty mobile app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

Account Registration and Use

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise

To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Ainaa Beauty, an Ainaa Beauty employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm Ainaa Beauty or users of the App or expose them to liability.

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text,displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Ainaa Beauty, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Ainaa Beauty makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included onthe App.

Ainaa Beauty does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ainaa Beauty will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ainaa Beauty, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Ainaa Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
